Routine Critique & Questions

Hi all,

I am putting a routine together... I only want to spend about an hour working out.... I plan to train everyother / every 2 days depending on recovery...

Day 1 Chest/Shoulders/Triceps

Day2 Back/Biceps

Day3 Legs

each workout will start with 5 mins cardio to warm up followed by stretching and will finish with 10-15 mins cardio and a warm down/stretch.

Each body part is worked using 2 exercises - compound movement and an 'isolator' for 3 sets of 8-12. Last set being to 'failure'.

My questions - should shrugs be done on shoulder or back day, and how often to do abs?

I would do shrugs with back, you probably won't have time on shoulder day.
As far as abs go, one to two times a week is plenty. I do them once a week with legs.
