what you guys think of this split..

monday: chest(heavy), back(light), shoulders(heavy)
tuesday: off
wednsday: legs(heavy), bi's and tri's(light)
thursday: off
friday: chest(light), back(heavy), shoulders(light)
saturday: off
sunday: legs(light), bi's and tri's(heavy)
monday: off

this is called like a training cycle...and each week you increase
the weight by 2.5-5lbs......and so far its worked according to schedule.tell me what you guys think of it!

the idea is your supposed to give your body enough rest...this is what alot of top traininers are using to train ppl.

It looks cool but I wonder about recovery time, back and chest require alot from arms so there's no break for them so I can see them being a week link.
Now if you were on gear, that'd be a diffrent story.

ti guess thats the reason your going light on arms the day after chest and back....so your not giving it a full go ahead....

thats the reason for going light on one day in one body part and light the next time you hit it

I personlly only do heavy days for the most part and would rather rest my muscles than do a light day.
