Well here is my problem (maybe someone can figure it out cause i sure can't): Since i started dieting for this years comps. about 20 weeks ago i have been having MAJOR calf, quad, and arch cramps. It has gotten so bad that i can't train calfs anymore cause everytime i contract my calf it cramps up to hell. I get these cramps at anytime throughout the day whether it be sitting on my ass typing on the computer, walking down the stairs, or training.

I havent injured my arches. I drink about 5 liters of water a day. I take a multi vitamin and calcium supplement. Sodium is moderate. No hard core supps.

Any ideas?

Signed,
Mini calfs.

You drink a lot of water.

You taking potassium too?

I do take pottassium and have been having a banana a day.

Or reducing your water intake for a bit to see if that effects it.

You drinking tap water or distilled water?

try taking an additional multi-mineral supplement.

Ditto...iron free if your multi-vitamin has iron, with food as HCL increases mineral absorbtion :D

(magnesium and potassium are essential)
