what are the best exercises/workouts to blast the serratus muscles?
 
I'm not sure but I think exercises that use the core, like squats, deads, pullups. They should be stimulated to grow anyways if doing the big compound lifts.

If you're looking for more isolation, try pullovers, cable crunches and woodchoppers with either a medicine ball or cables.
 
I am assuming you mean serratus anterior.

If so, push-ups-plus is an ideal exercise.

i think so. the ridges above the obliques on the front side of the lats. Trying to get em to pop.

what are woodchoppers?
 
Woodchopers are a cross pattern movement performed with a cable attachment.

push ups plus will work your serratus as it's job is to protract the scapula (as well as to fix the scapula to the spine and assist with upward rotation of the scapula).

oh, as far as making them "pop" and show up - loose body fat and they will stick out. no magic exercise will do that for you.
