Shakes make me hurl!!! Help!

I've tried Optimum Protein, that sucks. (makes me hurl bad). To use up the ten pound bag I've got, I mix it with Muscle Milk. That usually works pretty well. However there are times at work when my gut is tied up, and I just dont have time for upset stomach.
I used to mix both of these with milk, because I want&need the higher calories. Lately, I've used milk-water-ice, & that works better.

to avoid shakes altogether, what can I do to still get the 260 grams or so of protein that I need? I made some home-made protein bars, and those work pretty well, but I'm concerned I am not getting enough.
 
if your stats are still 125 @ 12% bf that means you have around 110 lbs of LBM. at most you need 2 grams of protein per lb of LBM so you are fine at 220 grams of protein a day.

if you can't stomach shakes then you need to ingest a variety of proteins daily coming from eggs, poultry, beef and fish. I would alternate the protein source each meal.
 
Don't forget about cottage cheese. I love the stuff!

As well, you may want to try some nutritional yeast. Brewer's yeast has 16G of protein in two heaping tablespoons. I think it tastes good in apple juice, but it is pretty terrible in other things. Standard nutritional yeast, which has 8G of protein in two heaping tablespoons, tastes better and mixes well with OJ. Both forms of nutritional yeast also have fiber, vitamins, minerals, and various other nutrients.

I have tried cottage cheeze, and I hate it! thanks though.

I am off to get some chicken & beef tonight. I quit eating tuna for two-three weeks because my cupboard is full of the shit right now, & just had some yesterday. OH YEAH. It was fukin awesome! Gonna add a little pepper to that, wit some cream cheeze & mustard. there ya go!

Variety is the ticket!
I was making one 32 ounce shake everyday for two weeks, with 6-8 scoops of protein in it in my first post. I'll just have one every Other day(and without Milk!!!) from now on.
