any one know any good carb sources as a side dish to chicken and veggies? Ive been having a bowl of oats or cup of rice, but im getting burned out on the same old stuff. Any suggestions?

Corn is fine as a carb whilst bulking or if you are just looking to moderately reduce BF% in the realms of normal figures. However, I would be more careful when on a competition type cutting diet or if trying to get BF into the very low regions...KarlW said:So corn is good?..........as long as you count it as a carb?
