My arms are the size I want, don't want any bigger. I need to focus on toning them up. How do I do this without adding more weight and making them larger? Just more reps?

There is no way to lose fat and make them larger, they may apper to be larger b/c you have shed some fat off of them but once you lose enough stored fat for your arms to be toned, chances are they will be quite a bit smaller. thats just the way the game goes. Just out of curiosity what are they measuring at now?
