Hey guys,
OK started tren and sure enough, insomnia has started. feel great,feel strong,making gains but, ( we gota have our sleep). In the past melatonin would do the trick with tren for me but not this time. You guys got any suggestions,tricks,or potions ? I cant stand the hungover feeling from traditional sleep aids. Missing sleep aint good for the mind either. I also hate the thought of loosing any endogenous GH pulses i may be missing out on.

Op, Id avoid xannies if u can, addiction is a real problem.

Try trazodone. Or combine diphenhydramine, melatonin and gaba. If you can smoke weed, Indica dominants will work.

Or just lower your tren dose. Simple.
 
Yep...my bust...missed the Melatonin in his post. I've used Benadryl with success.
 
if you don't have to worry about drug test, cannabis always has helped me. Sleep like a baby!
 
Damn, LOL its funny how we all think. yea, im a closet weed smoker. helps me sleep,helps me eat,and the high keeps my head right when blasting. the melatonin and the weed not helping as much as it normally does. cat naps when i can. hopefully things will settle in. i may have to go with an oldie and add a 5mg Valium. that shit is so addicting physically to the body.

Breh just smoke weed or eat a fuck ton and drink alot of water till u get food coma and boom ur out cold. It'll subside after a week or two( the insomnia) well for most or some.. if that doesn't work just make sure to lower dose..

You need to remember that your liver is your life blood. You need to try and get by with the least amount of drugs(aside from gear) as possible.
 
Diito my brotha. I hate taking shit other than my gear. Hell, i want even take advill less i have to. " Hanging with my melatonin for a bit". Was really searhing for a more natural otc like from GNC store or similar sleep aid or something out there kinda natural that one of you bros might have had success with. Im also hoping my body will ajust. It has before. before it kind changed from insomnia to deep hard sweating sleep. Fingers crossed man.
My dosing is actually down from what i normally do as i wanted to ease in to this tri-tren. I normally go tren ace.

Tren shrank my nuts but it's the absolute best in terms of hardness. I would take a benadryl tab before bed and it would knock me out within a few minutes. Relatively safe
 
the other thing that I have taken is called Unisom an over the counter product, my doctor recommended to me when I was having problems sleeping, works really great for me anyways, and it just helps you kick into your natural sleep pattern, so you don't really feel sleepy until you go and decided to lay down than boom you are out like a baby, and sleep all night nice and deep, but the best part is that I don't even feel groggy or anything when I wake, unlike Benadryl that make me feel weird when I wake up.
 
I think as we get older, our brains get stronger and takeover while laying down. I had serious insomnia last month. I decided to try a yoga mat and foam roller. Slow stretch, deep breathing and long exhale. That helped me to re center my thoughts and take control of my resting heart rate, etc. if that doesn't work, hit some weed!

Hey, kinda my final thoughts as Im certain it's the tren based on my experience. you hard core guys think that if i took half my gh before bed it would help? i personally don't see how but i have heard other peeps say that an evening dose helps their sleep and it allows for another pulse before waking. i currently take my 4iu im mid morning .
Hell, im not even sure at 48 we even get a pulse when we sleep anymore?

Things have goten way better. 2 melatonin at night 30 mins before bed and really focusing on clearing my mind with slow breathing. Not dwelling on the fact i cant sleep.
Could be im getting use to the tren as well. Either way it started improving gradually and last night BINGO !!! full night, woke up a little wet from sweating and drool. Apparently i snored purdie good too... LOL....

feeling refreshed.
