i know smoking isnt good for any reason at all. i started early at 14, and its been hell trying to stop. i dont know how its affected my training at all, since i dont have any other to compare to, being i always been smoking. as for cardio, in the beginning running the track was hard, but after two weeks of consistency, i was able to manage 8 laps straight, where at the beginning i would walk one, run one for a total of four. as for weight gain, ive put on thirty pounds since weight lifting, i dont find myself restricted in anyway due to my smoking. is there any truth to smoking stunting growth? ive grown alot, but maybe possibly be bigger if hadnt been smoking. and any ex smokers see bigger gains after qutting?![]()
