So, the summer is almost here. I'm trying to do whateveryone else is trying to do around this time of year; drop some bf%, gain some lean muscle. My training regiment is basically somewhat modified Max-OT. I don't really do cardio now, but I do play soccer for 2-3 hours every saturday.
Basically, being a very, very rec. type of BB I refuse to go on a bulk or a straight cut. I'm always eating at around maintainance, somedays above some days below. I do throw in a mildly-low carb day here and there. My approach is slow, easy and very gradual. Not expecting any drastic changes. Anyway, is this a good way to achieve what I'm trying to achieve? I'm currently at about 12-13% bf. Looking to get it down to about 10% while not losing any muscle. Basically I need to lose about 4-5lbs of fat. How should I adjust? Im looking to do it in a very gradual manner.
