back day tomorrow. today was supposed to be my rest day but I skipped Monday. Whoops...
 
Gonna do legs in two hours ..
and I've got a friendly game of indoor soccer at work tomorrow ..

Ah well .. Let's hope nobody brings a recorder. :D
 
a little cardio this a.m, then a alittle this p.m, then its off to work.:thumb:
 
hard core legs workout tonight, rest for a little while, then somehow struggle through my Taekwondo classes.
 
I had a quick gym workout thismorning, only had time for Tri's and 25 min of cardio.

Today was chest and abs. It was a little cool in the club this morning and I had trouble loosening up. Playing softball last night in the cool weather probably didn't help.
 
Back and Biceps today.

Pull-ups until I reach 20 reps
Deadlifts 4 x 6-10
Barbell curls 2 x 8-12
Bent over rows 4 x 8-12
Hammer curls 2 x 8-12

I did arms today because I was supposed to do legs but they're beat from teaching 1 1/2 hours of cardio last night (an hour of which was kickboxing).

One armed French Press supersetted with Dumbbell Curls
Rope Pressdowns supersetted with Barbell 21's.

Did legs thismorning, the queasy feeling is just starting to go away now. :) But the sore leg pain should start around noon. :(

Yep, I'm a glutton for punishment (or idiot, one or the other).
Don't have much choice because I have practice three times a week so there's always a little overlap of the two. It does make for a tough practice though....:cry:
