I'd start it right away. Even with a long estered test your levels are going to begin rising shortly after the first pin. If you don't do something about your aromatase levels you'll begin converting some to estrogen almost immediately. I've even heard that some people start their AI a week before the first pin.

Start week one. Especially with Aromasin, as it takes a week to build up to effective levels.
