Just signed up for the website and forums. Amateur bodybuilding was my life from the first time I picked up a weight at 14 and into my 30s when I finally got married and started building a family. I'm currently trying to get back into the saddle again. Although some things never change, there seems to be new training methods and philosophies from the way I trained back in the 90s. I'm looking at doing my first cycle in almost 15 years. I recently had all my blood work done and my natural testosterone level is below the normal range for a person my age. So my Doc has actually started me on Androgel. But for what I pay for the Androgel, I figured I'd go ahead and do a REAL cycle. If anyone has any tips or suggestions or can recommend some good reading material to get me back up to speed on today's training methods, I would be glad to take a look at it.
