The only wieghts i do are ones you pull done to your head and let back up i do them lying on back and lying on front, its on the Chuck Norris machine. I want to get stronger cips and back and chest...... and i do biking for legs. But my neck (back of neck) has been getting sore. Do you know en other exercises i could do on the machine that are good 4 arms? or a website for the machine. Or should i jst keep doing the exercises and my neck will strenghin and stop hurting?
