My "gym" is really a personal training studio...and, I am done with all of my clients tonight! Thought I'd pop on IM before heading home to eat!
 
Ohhh very nice. You have it going on. You get to make your own hours for the most part. Not bad at all.

Well, kinda. My clients dictate my hours and I hate turning people down. "Oh you want to train at 5 am tomorrow...umm, ok, sure." Also, gotta keep all my employees in line! All in all, however, its pretty cool.
 
Yeah, this guy does like to keep his clients in line, I can vouch for that statement.

Mention you're thinking of having a snort of booze or piece of crumb cake and he throws extra sets of lunges or deadlifts at ya.:cry:
 
Yeah Tank, I just realized that even my smart ass remarks here are enough to set off this testosterone enraged man.

Oh, lookie here, just got this weeks Tue/Fri workout via email...yup, lunges...stiff deads (fukker) oh great, he added 25 extra crunches to my workouts... Gotta love this guy.

My training partner that i had for 14 years, was that same way.God bless him, he taught me everything.Even after puking on high rep squats and you thought you were done, oh no my friend, on to 2 more excercise's extension's and curls. and when i get ready for a show, i train this same way today.:thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
 
Yes sir, I see that in quite a few of the members here...you, GP, w8, DP, etc., etc. You really push each other and us, and miraculously, it helps like a muther fuker.

I've puked while training for swimming in the past, but haven't puked yet from weights....uh oh, GP ain't gonna get any ideas from this, is he?
