didn't count how many until after i posted video...thought i got 25 but i tweak out sometimes with my counting when i lift..

315X24 Parallell for all you fags who disliked my other videos with the bad angles saying they were half reps! haha

It was impressive.

However, toward the end they definitely were not parallell,

I reviewed the end of the video, after the comment, and i actually can't see one rep that wasn't parallel. Maybe like 1 that was 1/2" above parallel TOPS. If anyone else agrees with him, please let me know. Just my opinion.

I feel you man.. I know a lot of people who neglect legs. I got there by training everything equally. Ive had the exact amount of leg workouts as chest/back/etc. workouts in the past 4 years..

I feel you though, upper body is a LOT more fun to train haha Ya know, walking around with a huge pump feeling like god...but with legs, its not like, yeahhhh my quays are hugeeee, cant you totally tell through my shorts? haha


But idk man. I'm not on anything right now, so my squats aren't as strong..should be gearing up soon and i don't really have a goal yet. I'd like to be pushing 405X20....but with that weight, its a bitch doing that many reps..it fucking blows.. So 3 months, uhmmm maybe 500X8-10 would be a good goal! I have NEVER maxed on squat before...sounds like fun though.
