sup everyone, worked on squats today on leg day, warmed up with 135,225 and went from 315,335,355 and 365 for 3 reps. mainly tried to work on my form here. i have an old video of my 385 for 4 reps however my form in my opinion is no where good compared to my new video, thought id share it to hopefully see a difference haha.
