Thinking about oxandroxyl (anavar) orals. Any advice on what other orals I can stack with??
 
I've ony taken 1 cycle of 5 deca zol orals with supernova and 3 test oxy about two years ago. .. I'm currently 5'11 158 pds.
 
I strongly recommend Heavyiron's first cycle and PCT sticky. Oral only cycles suck.
 
And not to sound like a dick, but at your weight you should try to get bigger by changing your diet, then jump on AS. How does your diet look ?
 
I would worry more about learning about nutrition and proper training than taking steroids right now... everything you took before was BS! That's what happens when you don't do your research... you get 'taken' for your money, and nothing to show for it.... any gains you made with what you took before was simply placebo effect...

You don't run orals only... But, if you had done any research you would know that....

worry about diet first.. you aren't eating enough, or you aren't eating right(you didn't say what your bf% was... )... That's a good place to start... If you want to use steroids, start reading... you've got 2-3 years of hard lifting ahead of you before you are anywhere near needing to add aas to your regimen... you can gain plenty of muscle without them in the meantime...
 
Yeah I know I wont gain a lot. Been on the fence with pinning just wanna see where this takes me first I want to at least get to 170 if possible. I just have a hard time gaining weight even thought I eat 5 to 6 times a day and lift 4 times a week.
 
I eat clean no alcohol nor do I smoke.
write out a normal days food intake.... you aren't eating enough calories.. bro, you are a rail... 158lbs at 5'11"... you need food, not drugs

Alot of people think they eat enough, but when you lay it out and count the calories you will be surprised. Lay out what a typical days meals would be.
 
Ok breakfast protien shake and oatmeal, eggs whites.. snack 2 large meatballs made with lean meat, eggwhites, oats, brown rice. Lunch steak and broccoli salad and apple. Another snack chicken and broccoli or just 2 chicken breast and pre workout 2 fillets of tilapia and dinner is usually more red meat with swwet potatoes and post workout shake and before bed ill have sone peanut butter and milk...

ok, now eat 3 times that much each day.. and you will see great results... without taking any steroids! You are getting less than 2000 calories, next to no carbs(which is fine if you want to stay lean, but you need calories, if you arent getting them from carbs you need to get them from fat.... You are eating nearly enough protein... just nothing else.... ) triple your intake of calories and you will grow....

I would shrivel up eating 3 times this much food!.... You will grow though, cause your body will be shocked when it has enough calories to even meet your base metabolic needs.. let alone the extra calories it takes to gain muscle....

He's right. Just stuff your face and worry about cutting later.
 
Try fitday.com for a calorie-tracking app. It's a PITA to keep plugging the numbers in but necessary for us ectomorphs. You'll be shocked to learn just how unhelpful your natural appetite is for making your maintenance calorie target, let alone a weight-gain target.

Its a beautiful clean menu but not nearly enough calories. I bet I would lose weight on that I'm not kidding.

My opinions have changed over the years regarding how long someone should wait after beginning training before starting AAS, but in your case, there is really no excuse ofr you to using steroids. At 5'11 and 158 lbs, you don't even look ike you workout yet...and you certainly do noit need additional anabolic support to grow muscle tssue. in fact,m at this stage in your development, you could kikely gain msucle tissue naturallyvery quickly simply by employinga proper diet and tarning program. I start training at 6'1 and 167 lbs and went up to 208 lbs in exactly 12 weeks with barely any increase in bodyfat..100% drug-free...used only creatine, weights gainers, protein powder...and busted my ass in the gym with a "smart" training program suited for my level of development. I can come to only one conclusion based on your ststas...and that is that you need to learn how to train and eat proplery before engaging in steroid use. Your height to bodyweight ratio alone proves you are not proficient in this area, as even a beginner starting at those stats should be able to consistently gain weight each for month...easily blowing past that bodyweight. The only legitimate explanation one could have for remaining at that weight, especially after already running a couple cycles, is if they have a serious illness which prevents them from adding muscle tissue normally. If that is not you, I dont care how bad you think your genetics are...no one's genetics are bad enough to prevent them from consistently gaining muscle tissue at that height and weight...without the use of drugs. Even those with under-average genetics are able to gain lean bodyweight relatively quickly at that height and weight. The fact that you ran a cycle already, without even taking the time to add a normnal amount of mucle tissue naturally, shows you are too impatient to lear how to do things correctly. Please don't take offense to this post...and if you do have a physical issue preventing you from gaining muscle tissue, I apologize, but if not...you need to do yourself a huge favor and re-evaluate your training and nutrition plan. Unless you started training yesterday, which you did not because you've already used AAS, there is no excuse. Best of luck to you.

It doesn't matter how many times a day you eat if you dont eat enough calories to grow. The fact is you aren't eating anywhere close to enough...or you would be gaining weight...period. Anyone can easily gain weight....you simply have to eat enough calories. If you re not gaining weight currently...eat more...and if you still don't gain weight, continue eating more and more until you do.

If you are not willing to eat the amount of food your body requires to add muscle tissue, you gave no business using steroids because they won't do shit. Whether you are using steroids or not, your body still requires you to eat beyond mainetance in order to grow. Sure, some AAS might make you harder and more vascular...and you will even gain some weight due to increases in intramuscular water retention, possible sub-q water retention, increases in blood volume, etc...but as far as as actual lean tissue gain, it will be minimal. You may gain a few pounds of muscle because of AAS's nutrient repartioning effects, but overall, you will barly gain shit. I have heard so many young guys tell me they cant gain weight no mnatter how much food they eat...blah, blah, blah.... In reality, they think they are eating a lot, but they aren't. They aren't even counting their calories.

Try this...begin counting your caloiries EVERY day. if you are serious about gaining weight...you will. Guessing isn't good enough...and with someone who has no experience counting cals, you wouldnt even be able to guess if you wanted to. Start out at 3,500 calories per day...just get them all in every day no matter what. That is likely enough to make you gain weight, unless you have a physicaly demanding job or a quick metabolism. If 3,500 cals doesn't do it, boost it up to 4K per day. I have not yet EVER met anyone, out of 100's of people, who couldn't gain weight on 4,000 cals per day when they weighed 158 pounds. By counting your cals every day, you are making SURE you are getting in enough food to grow...and after doing this for a day or two, you will likely find out real quick just how little food you were actually eating previously. If you think 3,500 cals is a lot...it isn't. It is actually a relatively small amount of food from a BB'ng standpoint...but at 158 pounds, you don't need much. Guys trying to eat 5 k or above on a dialy bais...now that is a lot fo food...and I can gaurantee you aren't coming anywhere close to that right now.

Bro...you eat like a bird. You need way more food than that. Where are the carbs at? Are you on a keto diet? First of all...FUCK this "eating clean" mentality bullshit you have. By that, I do NOT mean eat junk, but there is absolutely ZERO need for you to eating shit like egg whites. Instead of eating some egg whites a protein shake and a bowl of oatmeal...try eating 5 whole eggs...a bowl of oatmeal (at least 1 cup oats before cooking)...your protein shake...and a piece of fruit. By doing that, you just increased your cals from a likely 350 to around 900. Secondly, FUCK this salad bullshit. Do you realize your only carb at lunch aside from an aple, is some damn broccoli? For lunch, you can keep your steak, broccoli salad, and fruit, but also try adding in about 75 grams of complex carbs...and a handful of nuts. That will add another 600-700 cals to you currently miniscule lunch. Also, what is up with this zero carb bullshit for your pre-workout meal? Seriously? on top of those 2 fillets of tilapi, add in 2 cups of rice. Your dinner looks fine (steak & sweet potato), but you are likely eating a tiny little portion...so eat more than you currently are. Your before bed meal sucks too. If you are drinking 8 ounces of milk and 2 TB's of peanut butter, you are taking in about 12 grams of protein...not enough. Pre-bed meals can vary considerably based on a person's metabolism and goals, but your little 300 cals, 12 gram of protein meal is no meal at all...it is a snack...maybe a half of a snack. Take in at least 30-40 grams proitein and more overall with your pre-bed meal.

Guess what? Eating for muscle growth, for many poeple, is NOT fun. You will likely have to eat more than you want to every single day...perhap much more, but one thing is certain...and this is that your diet is horrid. No wonder you weigh 158 pounds...you barely eat. I would lose 100+ pounds eating like you. You nee to FORCE yourself to eat enough food...or you will stay small FOREVER! You ever see those guys who never seem to get big...they pretty much stay small for years, yet they are always in the gym? That will be you 20 years from now if you continue this pattern. Your diet is not just a little fucked up...it is majorly fucked up. You will need to re-learn what it means to eat...and if you are forced to eat much more than you want to every day, you will probably even lose the joy of eating. But...I can gaurantee you that you will never get anywhere eating like the way you are now...even if you abuse a mountain of steroids. Your current diet is fit for someone who sits at a desk all day long and doesn't train. You probably truly think you just cant gain muscle...and you also probably can't imagine yourself with 20 inch arms or a 500 pound bench either, but I am telling you the truth when I say that your previous progress is not indicative of your genetics...it is indicative of someone who is starving their body of food. You can get big...massive even, at least by the world's standards, but you need to make a decision. It is more important to you to follow an enjoyable diet and never get any bigger...or do you want to sacrifice at the dinner table and achieve your BB'ing goals. The choice is yours...and a choice you will make.

If you are etaing enough...you will gain weight. If you aren't gaining weight, you aren't eating enough. It is that simple. What might be a lot for one person might be very little for someone else. Even if you feel like you are eating a lot of food, but you're not gaining weight...that means you aren't eating enough for yourself.

Part of the reason you feel like you're eating a lot is because you are eating food which takes up a lot of room in your stomach, but which doesn't supply a lot of calories. In other words, those foods aren't very calorically dense. By adding more healthy fats (and een some saturated fats are fine too) from things like nuts, you could get in an easy 500 calories and only have to eat a small volume of food. As another example, egg whites have very little calories in them per cup, but if you eat whole eggs, you might only increase your food colume by 50%, yet take in 3x as many calories. Things like fish, egg whites, and especially vegetables, contain very little calories relative to the volume of food consumed. Eeat more calorically dense foods and cut back on things like fish (fish is good, but don't rely on it all the time when trying to gain weight) and other low cal foods. You need to increase your fat and complex carbs intake big time. Take care. :)

oral only cycle and var will be a waste of money that shit is expensive so run it with test. test p and anavar would be nice. oral only cycles are for the "excuse me i am not trying to insult anyone" uneducated or to pussy to pin people in wich case you shouldnt be considering aas in the first place. you have a lot more research to do before you run anything else. hell if you wanna waste money on var buy some and send it to me. ill use it right and you can still waste your money ;)

I know plenty of guys who can't smuggle injectibles into work - they get good gains off 6-8 wk dbol-only cycles.

Of course adding in test would be better.

Run test. Its pretty basic shit, and i think even for someone who isn't at their genetic potential it wont do you any harm. So long as you do it properly, for a reasonable amount of time, and come off correctly. Really my opinion is a test only cycle will only amplify the hard work you should already be putting in.

But like it has been said diet really is key. An this is my biggest struggle.

Fuck it gets expensive trying to get big.
