Standards of strength

That's really interesting. I thought my squat was always better than my pull, but I only got good on squat and great for pulling. As expected, my bench was barely decent lol
 
Good chart, although some of those seem to be a bit skewed (at least at the lower end). Especially for a 1RM.

Just looking at things like a full extension pronated pull-up. I don't know a lot of guys that could do 30 of those chin over bar to full hang, even heavy lifters. Going from 2 plates to 3 plates on a bent over row suddenly makes you great instead of decent?
 
Thanks for posting both of these charts, I've really been wondering how I compare to other females on my lifts. Being new and ignorant, this was extremely helpful.

i have no idea what my 2rep max is for anything so this just confuses me. so at 195lbs i should bench around 250??? i hardly ever try anything that high at the moment. but after a bench workout of 185x5 205x5 and 225x5 i knocked out 185x15 no idea what that indicates though.
 
^ if you look in the link I posted there is a 1rm calculator. Although I am way better in 6+ rep range than 1-3 so I don't feel like it's accurate for me, but others say it's close for them.

For reference niki, these are pretty elite levels - I only register "good" on these lifts, and I NEVER see other women training as heavy as I do.

Guess I found my sport, then.....heh.....lol! But I already knew that......only took me 37 years........
