First off, if you read this I am really looking for some good opinions so thanks alot in advance to anyone who replies it is appreciated.

I've been out of the lifting game for a good 3 months, yea I know. It's not because I'm lazy, honestly I've been in an economic drought so I really couldn't get back into the gym.

Anyway, I get back into the gym tomorrow and my main focus will be more endurance/stamina and getting more 'cut'. I want to lower my body fat and increase muscle tone and keep my endurance up high.

So far I'm thinking of this:

Mon : Back/Bi's/Treadmill 30-45min (w/ incline)
Tue : Legs/Shoulders
Wed : Chest/Tri's/Treadmill 30-45min (w/ incline)
Thur : ?? Day off or start over? Not sure on what to do.
Fri : Start again

etc, I was thinking maybe to break it up more? I will have a lil of Abs everyday, any tips would be Greatttttttttttttttt. I would really appreciate it.

For Diet I'm cutting down on all fast food, making homemade sandwhiches, salads, shakes, etc.

Any other suggestions would help me a great deal, and again, thanks alot in advance to anyone who replies it is appreciated.

OK, I'm thinking that I will be doing mostly (don't know the word for it) exercises. I'll be doing Pull Ups, Chin Ups, Dips, etc. But of course I will be adding in weighted exercises especially for chest, legs, shoulders, etc

Anyone have any other suggestions as to my actual Mon-Sun routine? Thanks again.

You can exercise from home, economics are no excuse. On that note though, congrats on wanting to get back in the game.

I wouldn't start with everything at once. Getting the diet down is huge and daunting, so is consistently lifting, and the cardio... that just puts it all together at once. Start slow. Start with the diet, a couple days of just lifting. Over the months, add things in. I would do a 2-1 split if I were you. Work out two days, rest a day, work out two days, rest, etc... Only work each bodypart (other than abs and calves) once a week.

Hey man thanks alot, I exercised from home but it was really some minimal stuff such as pushups, crunches, bodyweight squats etc.

Today is the day I hit the gym again! I'll start keeping a record of what I do.
