My brother was just telling me how Ill never get to 200 lbs because people always naturally platoue. I started lifting 5 months ago and only started eating 3,500+ calories 2 months ago. I started at 168lbs and now im 184lbs. Is hitting 200lbs before June 21st really going to be as impossible as he tells me?
