I'm going to make tacos tonight, any good tips on how to keep it somewhat healthy?

Lean beef, or turkey. Mozzarella cheese, lots of veggies. Could make soft tacos w whole wheat tortillas. Adding beans is good too.

I need some recipes otherwise I'm going to be "lazy" and make a normal taco. Long day and still have to workout so my brain is in la-la land.

lol
-cook 1 lb of lean ground turkey
-add taco seasoning after draining fat off
-put inside whole wheat tortilla
-add lettuce, tomato, olives, beans, onions, salsa, mozz cheese, and tons of guac or avocado
voila!

Hm, sounds good I'm not sure I ever had ground turkey. Assuming it's way better then regular beef? Hopefully the wife is up for it!

88, PM me back bro!

Mrs Dash makes a ton of seasoning varieties, adds a little different flavor to the same old shit.

For burgers, if you can find buffalo or bison burgers, they are usually lean. If not, 97% lean ground beef is good, but not much taste because of the low fat content. I mix mustard with it and it helps a bit, but its still pretty bland.

Mrs. Dash, it'll get you far

Ground turkey was goooood.

Nice, I can't really tell the difference to be honest. Just try to use the lean stuff most of the time, sometimes it can have as much fat as the beef.

I use Mrs Dash on ground turkey and beef and Old Bay on fish and chicken. I use the tomato basil and southwest blends and add some sri rachi hot chili sauce at the end for a little kick. Tastes great and keeps the carbs, calories and sodium low. For steak I keep it simple with just salt and pepper with some McCormick salt free savory all-purpose seasoning.
