Ok, so im changing up my diet a little bit for extra motivation and I will include steak in it, even tho im on a cutting diet I thik I can get away wiht steak to help me keep my sanity during this extra early summer cut....
in order to get about 40-50 grams of protein, how much "top round steak" (the leanest looking steak in the store)....in weight form would I have to consume...I weigh all my food and I am really detail oriented to get all my calories in the way I plan them so I don't under or over eat...the rest of my meals are fish, and they have nurtritional values on them so its easy...
