Very healthy and delicious way to prepare a nice whole fish such as seabass, blackfish, ling, weakfish, fluke or flounder...

 
When reading the title of this thread.. it made me pretty hungry lol
 
From someone that chops about everyday you GOTTA get that left index finger and thumb back! I was holding my breath...curl your fingertips under and use the knuckle and chop at an angle away... grrrrr.....ok....Sorry my OCD is kicking in...

Seriously though...I love green onions and this looks good. I've never cooked a whole fish and don't plan on it anytime soon but I can't go wrong with scallions and ginger which I use often with my chicken stir fry... No garlic?????? Blasphemy!
