Steroid advice please?

Hi I'm a fully quilified personal training and recently turned 18, I did my first course of Test 400 and Tren (5 weeks) in december ( also did the pct ) Before you say i know tren and test 400 is way to high for me to go on first time but its over and done with now.

When I started the course I was 9.5% fat, 69.5kg
I gained 4.5kg over all in the first 3.5 weeks then had a bad motorbike accident and it slowed my training down due to bad injuries i carried on with the jabs but didnt gain any more weight
After doing this course i stupidly decided to cut straight away i am currently this after being off the steroids for 6 weeks

I'm 178cm tall.
70.5kg
7% body fat

I'm going on another 5 week course but I'm not 100% sure what to go on, my dealer has told me to go on Sust and Deca for 5 weeks but I want lots of gain in just 5 weeks, im not prepared to do any longer then 5 weeks on the stuff because i dont want to make it to obvious I'm on it to family, girlfrend and friends. I want to hit between 75-80kg.. HELP PLEASE
 
You will not receive any help, based on you statements. And anyone who tells you to go on sust and deca for 5 weeks should be avoided completely.


Slow down, and spend a long time educating yourself. Preferably 4 years or more. You will thank me one day for this I promise you!

op, first off stop listening to your dealer. Its obvious he doesn'tknow shit and is just trying to make money off you. Second, go to a doctor and get yourself checked out.

and op; all you're going to get here is people calling you an idiot... because you are one obviously. if you did the SLIGHTEST amount of research you would know the damage you could do to your endocrine system at your age. Oh and btw nobody gives a fuck that you're a "fully qualified personal trainer" that doesn't make you special, in fact most personal trainers don't know the first thing about training.

Damn son pinned before turning 18. Im pretty sure whatever gains you made in 5 weeks were due to your natural levels not the test.
 
Ok, I've read and taken in all these comments, the reason i put im a personal trainer is because obviously from doing fitness as a career I know how to train myself propperly, Second what would you guys suggest going on, I want to put on anywhere between 6-10kg, From the comments I should go on a longer course so I'm willing to now. What would you guys suggest going on?
 
8-10 week is ideal, dont really want water retention aswell

As in I have a good size now? I do have alright size on me, Would you lot just suggest me not going on anything for a while and see how I go training naturally? I would like to do a 8-10 Week course but you guys obviously know better for me

He is using an emoticon to express frustration. As I mentioned before, you will not get any solid advice on cycling here, especially from any of the vets. Frankly no one with a modicum of decency will feel comfortable telling you how to potentially ruin your life.

Again, going forward you need to train your ass off, eat and educate yourself!
 
WOW. This is so fuc*ed up I don't even know where to start. We'll leave it open for the time being and see if 7% pictures show up.

Why would this potentially ruin my life is it an age factor?

Yes its a huge factor. You need to eat, train ,sleep. When you get in your mid to upper
20's come back to us and we will help. Gear now may ruin yur natural test production.
 
dec: listen to everybody here do yourself a favor do not touch any steroids for 10 years.
you can get to your goals without any steroids, just get yourself a good quality protein drink and stop this nonsense immediatly. you are 18 so probably you did steroids even before and whom ever pushed you into doing this should be banned from all the gyms and put in jail.

Hey man posting that pic really isn't going to matter. Your age is the reason these guys are rousting you. You can cause serious damage to your self if you proceed on you current course of action. If I was you I would just hang out on here for the next 4-5 years and read peoples posts about first cycles by then you will not have to even ask what to run. Maybe start a journal and get down what your eating and workouts. Hell you could learn a lot on here to help out your career.
