Is this just me or has anyone found since they started eating healthy( around 6 or so meals per day ) and boosting your metabolism with vitamins, that if they miss or push a meal back that they get stomach cramps?

It seems anytime I'm out at night, and I haven't eaten around 3 hours after dinner my stomach cramps up though when I do eat something it tends to settle. It's rare that this happens, but it happens often enough to raise a concern or just to see if it happens to anyone else. I've been carrying around some cereal bars lately at work as a referee just to settle these cramps if they do happen to occur whenever I work for four hours straight or so.

It's not a bother knowing I can fix them easily enough, but I just want to make sure theres nothing wrong with my stomach.

I never used to get them before if I started eating healthy and skipped a meal either.

I get really bad headsaches if I am late on a meal. If I don't eat every three hours (actually I start to get hungry about 1hr before my next meal) I get realy moody and feel like crap.

I do my stomach cramps, my head hurts, and I get very anxious. Most of my good friends can remind me its time to eat...lol

yup, me too... just the other day I had breakfast at 9pm and then had no time for my second meal. At 2pm, I was doubling in pain.

I start feeling light-headed and my stomach feels like it's eating itself. Nothing serious, though, I always carry SF gum with me to hold me over for a little while

Peace.

If i miss a meal i get pissed off at the people around me, as a result of me venting my anger at whatever situation caused me to miss said meal. :D

Im just starting to try and eat 5 or 6 meals a day so far its hard..

It's like you need to take you'r medication on time!

Most all of my meals are 3 hours apart, but I never get hungry untill about 4 hours comes along, then if I go more than 4 hours (which rarely ever happens) I do get a little angry because i'm really paranoid about losing any muscle.

  It was nice with my ex-bf/now best friend though. He played soccer and had a fast metabolism, so we were always hungry at the same time.
:funny:
