I was wondering what your guy's thoughts on a full body, low weight high rep day thrown into the mix of a 3 day heavy/low rep split? Something like this. I was thinking it would help my gains a bit.
Heres what I was thinking:
day 1 - chest/tri
day 2 off
day 3 back/bi
day 4 off
day 5 Legs/Shoulders
Day 6 off
Day 7 Full body
Day 8 off
Day 9 start day 1 again .... etc etc
Off days are usually am cardio, rotating between HIIT and moderate pace longer distance running.
