In my imagination.
I have been doing velocity for 2 days now and all sorts of strange shit is happening to me. For one, I am sweating like a whore in church on Sunday. I lost 7lbs of water since I started this thing Monday night.

Also, I am very jittery. I am not taking any thermogenic supplements. My stomach hurts, and I am getting tons of cramps...I assume related to losing so much water.

Why am I all ramped up and jittery? This is typically what I go through when I go manic, but I can sleep fine, and I don't feel manic.

what the hell I happening to me?

Maybe it's cause your stomach has nothing to really digest but and your body is kind of clearing out some shit. Your body might think your preparing it for some warrior shit so it's all psyched up.

What kind or protein powder are you using?

Your blood sugar might be out of whack.

KelJu: When they said an all liquid diet, they did NOT mean to drink 3 liters of Captain Morgan every day.

I was going to say blood sugar as well...at times I feel this way...if my diet lacks sufficient sugar/carbs balanced with proteins I get hypoglycemic pretty bad...not sure if this is your case...I break out in sweats and get very jittery and noodle legged...not really amped up like a stim, but very unsteady and almost light headedness sets in. Maybe drink a soda or something to get oyur blood sugar in line??

That is just how I felt. I was light headed and my legs felt like Jello. It leveled out. I went from 4000-5000 calories a day to 1,500. I think the change threw my body for a loop.

I am adjusting to it now. My body must have dumped 10lbs of water by now, plus I stopped taking creatine, so that might be a small factor. I just felt strange, and got a little worried.

Ya, sounds like hypoglycemia, which I get often in cases such as this...sometimes I eat a banana, maybe part of a candy bar, and I level out. A Mountain Dew helps me out pretty quickly...shitty feeling though.

Maybe I'm the cautious type but I'd try and get some more information or advice before continuing. Those are pretty heavy symptoms; I wouldn't take them lightly.

I'd say it'd throw you for a loop.
I can't even imagine something like that... I get jittery a half hour past 'feeding time' and I'm eating a little over 3000 a day (roughly).
I'd step back and re-evaluate the game plan.

Dropping creatine is likely to calm you rather than make you jittery. Generally creatine has very little in the way of side effects beyond a rumbly tummy but it can sometimes make some people, especially younger men, a little jittery. So stopping it would have no effect or the opposite of what you describe. It could account for the sudden water loss though.

When going extremely low calorie my rule of thumb is to stop at the point you notice symptoms remotely like you're decribing. Try going up to 2000 or something?

Be aware extended malnutrition can do serious long-term harm. I wouldn't risk it when you can get the same results by just waiting a week or two longer.

I am assuming this is a no/low carbohydrate diet?

All of those symptoms are consistent with low blood sugar/hunger.

If you are manic depressive I would seriously not do something like this. Really bad idea.
