I was talking with a personal trainer today, and upon telling him how many carbs I was intaking, he suggested that to get the same energy for some of the carbs, to try Acai berry.
I've never heard this, and was wondering if anybody can help me out with this or other substitutes for some of my carbs when my main goal is to add muscle mass.
