Blechh. Sore throat this morning.

. Probably all that running around and lack of 8 hour sleep is catching up with moi. Biceps and cardio this morning. Worked heavy and low reps today. Woohoo!!!
Need to make Humungous batch of Baked Beans for church today to feed 30 people

!!! Got my recipe of allrecipes.com so it's going to be an experiment! Guess that's what my family will be having for din din tonite.
Hubby took kiddies to church so I can work out and do my thingy this morning. What a sweetie! He commented yesterday that he can really see the difference in my shoulders and traps. I was wearing a halter top yesterday since it was nice out. Teehee
