i always wanted to know if i could practice all my body using supersets in my workout,knowing that i'm onto a creatine course

Super-setting is where you work a muscle using two different exercises consecutively, and should not be used in every work-out.

An example would be bench press then dumbbell flyes, doing this every 3 or 4 work-outs would be fine.

witchdoctor-Ignoring the correct terminology, one technique I use with most of my workouts is antagonistic super-sets.You alternate sets for opposing muscle groups.I.E.-bench presses alternated with bent rows.You take a rest interval between sets(the length of which is dictated by your training goal).Then repeat until all sets for both exercises have been completed.This works well when training for strength.Also,they are not an intensity technique like supersets, which will cause you to burn out if used too frequently.

Maki-Definetely.I've tried alot of his stuff and all of it has worked for me.Weight gain,strength,recovery techniques.He knows his shit and if you find something that works, only a fool would ignore it.Right?

I hear ya.
I've read a lot of his stuff and I have found it to be very useful.

The only thing I don't care for too much is his overemphasis on tempo.

Yeah.I think tempo is important, but overemphasis on it usually causes me to loose track of what rep number I'm on.

Supersets are only useful on bodyparts in which the main exercises for the part are limited by the weak link (chest, lats, thighs), IMO.
