So I haven't taken anytime off gym in almost 2 years. But I think im gonna have to take 2 weeks off. My wrist has been hurting. It's not terrible but I would like it perfectly healed by time I start cycle. Do you think I should eat at matenience or above matenience on time off. Also I will be using hgh and ghrp/ghrh so that should help with the healing.

Keep working what you can, like your legs and abs and intense cardio on the elliptical, and keep eating. Rest your wrist only.

Have you considered spot inject on IGF to help with healing? Also bro, I wouldn't take two weeks off for a wrist injury. Maybe at most a week would be ideal to give your body a rest. Are you a competitor? Then two weeks would be a good suggestion, but either way you want to try and eat at maintenance as much a possible. Do you work? If so are you sedentary or very active on your feet all day? This would help you to better determine your nutrition needs when cancelling out the addition gym time for however long. If the energy is going to be used up during the day then eating a moderate carbohydrate diet, on your maintenance total caloric need would be sufficient. If you are unemployed or have a sedentary job, you might be better choosing a diet that is low carbohydrate until you can be up and moving again.

Ya im gonna try to get back in the gym on sunday. I have been lifting the a spring/cast of w/e they are called. Ill try to just lift things that I wont use wrist. Deadlifts, close grip bench, barbell bench ect. Ill use dumbbells I notice it's not as bad.

Does taping your wrist help for certain movements

a little bit. I think more on DB's. I think im gonna do shoulders and biceps on friday. Low weight high reps. Im trying to think of what I can do for biceps. Hammer curls should be ok. Possibly hammer style weighted pull ups. Any other ideas?
