If I was going to compete, of course I would get tan for real, truthfully, it looks awesome on me, I like how I look when I get tan, I just don't want wrinkles, that's all, I hate wrinkles with a passion!!!!

I think the only times I ever tanned was whenever I was going to spring break in Florida. I didnt want a ridiculous burn that I got the first year I went. Damn beds are so confortable!

These people came to my gym a few months ago w/ this blue light box shaped thing that you stuck your head into. It had all mirrors on the inside and the blue light or w/e it was let you see the amount of skin damage you currently had.

Eye opener and disgusting. My face wasn't as bad as some others, some people had enough skin damage to look like they belonged in a zombie flic.

Yea those spray tan things smear all over the place , they smear and smudge, and bronzing just looks like pure shit.
If you don't wrinkles on your face, cover it with a towel.

if u wanna walk around with a tan to accentuate your muscles, a rub on tan from a bottle isn't going to cut it. it will just rub off on your clothes. My POV is eventually we are all gonna die. Why not have fun while we're still here? just don't overdo it in the tanning salon and I am sure you won't develop melanoma.
