Besides going to the dentist and spending a small fortune I want to do a little teeth whitening. Has anyone here used any teeth whitening products, and if so, what are your thoughts?

My wife uses the Crest whitining strips every couple of months and is happy with them. but if you have a lot of dental work done like i have, the bleach in them burns like a mofo
I also read that brushing your teeth with a paste made up with peroxcide and baking soda works also. i tried it for a while and i think it works somewhat. and it costs less that $5.
I'm with bio-Chem. I think the strips work great. Plus they aren't very expensive.
that is for gum health and is quite effective but you have to do it every night for 2 weeks. then only every once and a while after that after the gum health has improved. been using that method for many years. I would be lying if i said there wasn't some slight "discomfort" in the beginning
Natural Dentistry - The Secret
Rinse with peroxide, brush with baking soda, rinse again and brush with your narmal toothpaste. Do this morning and evening for 2 weeks and you will see a drastic change. Probably 6-7 shades whiter at the end of the 2 weeks. Maybe 3 shades in the first 2 days. Try to avaoid coffee. tea and brown/red drinks during the 2 weeks.
If aren't, you should get with the times and use a sonicare toothbrush. I get results with REMBRANT intense stain mint flavored toothpaste. I chew Copenhagan and drink at Starbucks. I like their dark strong coffee. I get a large drip with a shot of espresso. Ask for "a venti shot in the dark." I chew a can a day, BTW. See your dentist often as he will catch pre-cancer before it can kill you. Enjoy life but don't be stupid. AND stay pretty. ; )

Swallowing a load of two everyday should be keeping those choppers pearly white as it is.
Anyhoo, crest white strips work very well, but takes about a week to complete. This shit is the best product I've ever used. It really delivers and it's done in an hour for about the same price.

Be VERY careful with the baking soda method, it work because it's an abrasive. Do it too much and you'll "polish" the enamel right off your teeth and that stuff doesn't grow back.
