Just finished 3weeks of bulking eating 3340 per day gained 4lbs did this to shock system been dieting for long time and to maybe grow some muscle. Well now I'm going to cut back to 2840(maintenance) and add cardio back. Then when that loss slows down I can cut back some more. Want to see 180's for first time in adult life then maybe 170's at that point i should be ready to gear up.
