thank you much, happy lifiting,
PUMP IT UP!!!!

I have a similar problem when doing skull crushers. This may be due to my playing hockey for 10 years straight.

I try and avoid the particular actions that irritate it.

could be tendonitis. maybe youre overtraining. take it easy on the elbow for a week or two. and by take it easy i mean dont lift heavy weights with it. I felt a pain similair to what you describe half a year ago from doing skull crushers and benching too much. it developed into bursitis (spelling) and i had to take 2 months off of upper body.

Yeah I've been having the same problem in my left elbow, from doing pull-ups. Now its affecting my bench and other exercises. I probably should take a week or two off, but I just can't stand not going to the gym and lifting weights for that long.

Certain exercises for different people will give them aches/pain some people are lucky and dont suffer. You will proberly find this especially starting a new routine or exercise. I use to suffer with tennis elbow, so i gave tennis up, no really, i found i got tennis elbow when using the bicep curl machine.Once i stopped using that machine and moved onto dumbells for bicep curls ive no pain at all i think that some static machines restrict the true movement.Just try some different ways of hitting your triceps.

I had a pain in my left elbow for a long time, I bought a Nike neoprene elbow wrap. After I finished working out and took it off, my elbow was sweaty from the heat it created. Now after about a year, I have no pain at all. I also did the same thing for my right wrist, now no pain at all.

I have the same pains in my right knee, never had it before. I have been working out for at least 3 years now, never really had a problem with my knee untill recently. Right beisde the right of my right knee cap, and its only the squating motion when it hurts.

Step 1: Stop performing movements that irritate your elbow or others that you think could be contributing factors.

Step 2: Go see a sports medicine doctor.

haha, you're funny, if I stop performing the movements that hurt my elbow, I'll be giving up all chest excercises and all triceps...thats really not gonna happen! THere must be a better solution!
