Test 350 Naps 50 & Deca

This is my 4th week of my cycle, I am using Testosreone Sustanon 350 - 100ml a week, Decca -100ml a week and oxys/naps 50 daily. I have definately noticed an increase of strength but only put on around 2 - 3 kilos in body weight, i train every day 5,6, sometimes 7 days a week.

Should i be putting more weight on? am i taking enough?

advice welcome as always.
 
Only 100ml/wk?

Perhaps you mean 1ml/wk? Even this would not be enough. And since I doubt you are pinning the sust EOD, you are basically wasting the prop ester in there.

As far as not putting on weight, you probably aren't eating enough. The big shots here are gonna want to see you diet if you want legitimate and accurate help.
 
sorry yeah i meant 1ml per week not 100, and yes im jabbing both the 350 and the decca.

You should do something more like 1.5ml (525mg) of sust/wk.

What is the deca dosed at?

Are you taking an AI? ..a prolactin antagonist?

Your problem is PROBABLY that you are not eating enough. Although, now that I re-read your post, I see another thing that bothers me. Sometimes you workout every day of the week? Where is your rest? Rest time is just as important..
 
thanks for the advice, the decca is dosed at 1ml a week also.

Okay. Got that. Had that hours ago.

1ml of sust 350 = 350mg

..and 1ml of deca = how many fucking mg? *eye twitches*

Tyler knows his stuff take some notes. he helped me alot... and you are over training for sure i do 2 days on 1 off ect.. lift heavy low reps and EAT more you will grow

Yeah, well some weeks I will work out 5 days/wk (Mon-Fri). However, I alternate muscle groups so each spot gets adequate rest.

I doubt this guy is doing this as he doesn't even know how many mg of a substance he is injecting inside his body..
