That is like saying I am calling the cops to report a rape and then I tell the dispatcher I am going to stop it and they say not to, that I should sit there and allow it? I think second degree murder is a stretch and I don't think they can prove it. I do think the spic would probably be found guilty of manslaughter. If I'm not mistaken Zimmerman admits to following him and starting the altercation because he wouldn't stop when commanded. It was only when the pussy started getting his ass kicked that he feared for his life and pulled his gun in self defense.
