Hummm what to say? Its all been said. The picture says it all as well. What a load of work you must have gone through the last 10 weeks. As you said, drugs are just an adjunct, the diet and work are the hard and most important part and you have proven that beyond doubt. Great job!

18.4% before and I'm guessing 13% after/now. It's amazing what losing body fat will do for your look. I lost 27lbs and look bigger. Its weird but that's what happens when you lose the fat and hold the LBM.Heavy,
