I just wanted to say thanks to Built for her help. She really makes things easier to understand. I would recommend doing a search on her name and reading everything she has posted. Tons of knowledge in that brain

She has helped me a ton. Here is a shot of my back. This is a 100% improvement for me (first time I've ever had a V shaped back). Please forgive the quality of the pic. It was taken with my blackberry.
