Day start early (6:00am) BSN Cookies & Cream shake
Pre-workout 7:30 and hit the gym by 8:00am
Oatmeal bowl and 2 boil eggs by 10:30
Turkey breast and salad 12:45pm
Tuna snack 4:15
Elk steak & green beans/tomatoes (6:00pm)
I have plan to take one Casein shake before go to bed before 9:00pm
Routine was Arms & Abs:
Straight bar curs/ alternating db curl/ cable curls
cable push down/ lying triceps extensions/ db kick back
barbel wrist curls / db wrist curls
leg raises/ cable rope crunches/ crunches
( I took this routine from the AST website) Just modified the days and weight to myself.
Now what everybody is waiting for.....((((drums sound effect)))))
GrAnabolic Sust325 (first day)
1cc (325) with 1in. 25g in the triceps
Does hurt a little bit but nothing bad. (Feels like a flu shot)
.25g was good enough to withdraw from vial and push out the syringe. No resistance in the oil.
Went smooooottthhhhhh. Oil looks nice and clear and I will update tomorrow with legs routine.
I'm will be hitting the squat rack like a beast.
