You got it sweet cheeks! I got this recipe from my Mother-in-law, so these are her instructions.
BWC's 100% Brown Rice Pancakes:
3 cups Brown rice flour
2teas Baking Powder
1teas salt
2.5 cups milk
3 egg whites (beaten stiff ....huh,huh I said stiff..)
1)Add all the dry ingredients together.
2)Pour in the milk
3)Mix together with electric mixer
4)fold in the beaten egg whites-do not use mixer after egg whites are added!
Makes 10-12 medium size pancakes
BWC's Blueberry Topping:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 packets splenda
1 teas Corn starch
1) Microwave BB and splenda for 3 min
2) stir in corn starch
