3x12-14 supersetted with shrugs
Meal 1- 6 egg whites, 2 slices of turkey bacon
Meal2- 1.5 scoops of whey, 1 tblsp of peanut oil
Meal 3- 6ozs of shrimp and tunafish, 1/4 cup of sun seeds
Meal 4- same as 2
Meal 5- 10oz prime rib, bowl of new england clam chowder, couple of french fries, and 2 capt and diet cokes.
