Friday- Shoulders and 30 mins of cardio

Smith machine presses
3x12-14

Front DB raises
3x 12-14

Seated DB laterals
3x12-14

Rear delt flys on machine
3x12-14 supersetted with shrugs

Meal 1- 6 egg whites, 2 slices of turkey bacon
Meal2- 1.5 scoops of whey, 1 tblsp of peanut oil
Meal 3- 6ozs of shrimp and tunafish, 1/4 cup of sun seeds
Meal 4- same as 2
Meal 5- 10oz prime rib, bowl of new england clam chowder, couple of french fries, and 2 capt and diet cokes.

Thanks GA....I wont lie though, today was the valentine retreat with the lady and I totally fell off the wagon dieting. Haha five guys for lunch, olive garden for dinner . Ill get things back on track. Starting some tren next week at 75 mgs EOD.

For anyone who thinks the weight is light it may look it, but if you ever try higher reps like that, the deep burn you get is viscious. It was a pretty good leg workout. I am liking Neil Hills theory behind his training ideas.

Going to be starting Tren next week. Should I still take advanced cycle support with the caber, or is the ACS not needed?

I know its terrible lighting and I am in desperate need of a tan, but this log sucks without pics. So here it is in all of its glory only in the middle of week 5. Not even halfway!
