Have any of you used/purchased/read this program?

On the surface it appears to be worth the $77.00, but it would
be nice to have a first review from a member of this site.

If you do not wish to post your review, please feel free to send me a PM.

Thanks for your help!

There are tons of bench/mass programs out there. Why would spend that much money on a program where Westside is free, 531 is cheap and very effective and there's a wealth of information out there for free by qualified individuals who needn't charge an exorbitant amount of money for a routine?
Explain your reason for this? If you want some help, I'm around. Just ask!

I guess that would be a No in regards to my original post.

Just looking for a book I can read when I have time to kill and can not do other tasks.

531 and Starting Strength. Hands down good reads. SS is a bit more expensive, but well written and very easy to follow. Another good one (co-authored by Mark Rippetoe as well) is Practical Programming for Strength Training.

Practical Programming is awesome. 5/3/1 and literally anything else by Jim Wendler is solid gold.

There are tons free bench program you can find on internet. Ebooks, sites...etc.. than spending dollars... :)

no reason at all to spend money on a bench program. they all work when you train at high levels of intensity.

i used an old bench routine off the internet from ted arcidi when I hit 500 raw
