what is the size limit of a natural bodybuilder???

obviously it varies from person to person but imo i think a person anywhere from 5'9-6'1 with about 10% bodyfat, DECENT GENETICS, and many years of training under their belt, id say it is anywhere from 220 to 250. obviously some will be a little bit higher, some lower, but UNLESS YOU HAVE EXCELLENT GENETICS, is this about what a natural bodybuilder can achieve even with many many years of lifting?

Better to find for yourself, than to ask those still trying to find out.

lol, youve got a good point, but it may take me 10 or 15 years.. this forum may not be around for that long, LOL i might not be able to report my progress. what is your opinion though mudge? obviously the human body doesnt want to get much bigger than 160-180 as it is, let alone getting over 200, the body just wants to fight to stay lean.

you are only 17 and probably not even done growing yet, no need to worry about this stuff yet. just get your diet straight and learn as much about nutrition as possible, weight gain is easy after that

We can only speculate. I would say the biggest all natural guy on these forums is probably Gopro. I believe he weighs somewhere in the neighborhood of 250? He's natural. Well, he's done like a couple of phoromone cycles but was only of a few pounds shy before them, or something like that...

how big can a natural bodybulder get?

my answer - How long is a piece of string?

I hope you understand ;)

I'm not naturally a big guy other than being tall, and I haven't been under 200 since I was in high school. There is a lot of variance out there, I see lots of guys with the shoulder builds of small women, and I see some guys that I am jealous of in terms of their builds. Before I started discovering how important diet was I floated 210-215. So weight is going to vary greatly depending on your build as well as your height.

Exactly. A person can weigh over 900 pounds if s/he chooses to. It depends completely on how far the person is willing to go IMO. It's sort of like asking how smart a person can be. Well, there's really no answer. It depends on what the person was born with and what s/he decides to do from there.

That would be a sight to behold. Talk about chafing thighs, haha. Your balls would have nowhere to go. Ouch.

ohhh it only takes the dedicated to get to 900lbs - You have to eat cake allllll day. Drink soda for the water gains too

Seriously though, the world record, I believe, is over 900 pounds by quite a bit. Not that this is done, obviously, in a healthy way, but it's still a huge number.

Yeah i have seen these people on T.v.

that is 65 stone + , 410KG + WOW

The person wouldn't be able to walk.

We shouldn't judge them so badly becuase some of them have a genetic disorder but the rest are just complete lazy fatsos

Yeah, but 900 pounds of muscle and 900 pounds of fat is quite a different story.

That's why I said that it wasn't done in a healthy way.

Heh, I don't think 900 pounds of muscle is particularly healthy either. Muscle or fat, that's a lot of work for your vital organs.

Yes, the world record is over 900, it was something in the 1100s I think.

In comparisons as to who is more musculed, sumo wrestlers came out on top, powerlifters second, and bodybuilders last.

cow why did you add that. 900 lbs of muscle. That's a lot of hay..MOO.lol

Just to say that yeah we can get to 900 pounds of fat, but getting to 900 pounds at a lean level is impossible in my opinion.

cowpiss,,, hrmmm I mean Pimp, are you natural? or you use the supplements?

I use whey protein and a multivitamin/mineral. I sometimes also get some hemp oil for omega-3s.

How are they defining 'more muscled'? Surely the sumo wrestlers don't have a lower BF%. They must mean total LBM, right?

5'9-6'1 in contest shape and " really" natural....190-225. But most people ( 99%) at that height will be more like 175-205.

More total muscle yes, nothing to do with bodyfat.

Do you guys have some names of bodybuilders who are natural? (i.e. havn't taken roids, gh or any of that shit)

Tony Mantalbano - ex natural mr.universe.

Bob Hope - Best natural bodybuilder in GBR.

But we will never know for sure if they are truly natural anyway and i seriously doubt it.

These guys (not all but most naturals) take light steriods in the off-season and before a contest they get blood work done to make sure it is out of the system for contest day testing. Usuallu only the winner of each class gets tested anyway.

95% of the IFBB pros.  Ronnie Coleman is all natural, because he has said so on several occasions.

Now I weigh 900 lbs after a single cycle of GAKIC! Ok, kidding! I have been as high as 273, but did not feel good at that weight, as I like to still be athletic. I keep myself at around 240-245 most times now, with a competition weight of about 215 or so.
