Great I was thinking of replacing the seated shoulder press with the standing variant.
dont know how much is true but i read an article in the internet which said that doing overhead press will help in hair growth.

I would love to know if standing or seated are a better option. I see all the Pro BBs doing shoulder presses on the smith machine. You can push a lot bigger weight when you dont have to worry about balance.
Once a week. Always standing. I alternate between strict and push presses.
I only do seated overhead presses. Standing puts too much strain on the lower back.
bhuwahahahhahhahaaaaaSeated military hits delts a lot more and not much else. Smith machine would take balance and other stabilizers out and hit delts even more, I think, but I have never used one because I don't have a vagina.
