My right arms stronger and bigger then my left, I just keep working the same ( well I try ) shall I put more stress on my left or?

I have had the same problem for as long as i can remember mate. even after i started to see massive growth in both my arms the right one was still always slightly bigger. my arms about 5 months ago were 15 1/2 inches and the right one was 16. now after 5 months of hard training and hitting arms twice a week, my left one is 16 1/2 and my right is 17. it is really weird and if you ever figure it out let me know. what i really don't understand is my left one (the less dominant one) is getting stretch marks all over it. but its the smaller of the two. lifes a bitch man.

..it won't matter if you use your left you just waste time just work out your arms normally ..every person has differences between left and right , nobody is perfectly symmetrical.it is genetics...i am right handed and my left arm is bigger and stronger although i never use it.
With time as you reach your maximum size, eventually your arms will be almost the same.

Thanks man for the advice, noted bro.

Arms bigger and stronger even tho your right handed? Lol

You might not be able to do anything about this unfortunately. My right arm has always been dominant, even after 7 years of training it was a solid inch larger. Then I broke my right arm straight in half humerus bone. Three months later when I lost the cast my right arm went from 17 inches to just under 12 while my left was 15 1/2 at the time. Now after only 6 months of training post injury my right already surpassed my left by nearly half an inch and I still feel I use my left more due to paranoia of breaking the right again so now I'm thinking it's just genetics for me or defect if you will so I'll just live with the fact that my right just wants to be bigger.

...........every body's dominant side has larger muscles...........its normal....don't give it a second thought.........................

like i said i am right handed and still: my left arm is slightly bigger, my left pec is also slightly bigger (but not noticeable) and my left lat is also bigger..and when i was in high school competing in track and field i used to jump with my left leg :)
no one is perfectly symmetrical

I mean left lol

im left handed and kick with the left aswell but my whole right side is slightly bigger. go figure that one! right bicep has a bigger peak, shoulder rounder, quads, even my abs. right side is either bigger or more defined and thats my non dominant side. its weaker but gets bigger

you are my opposite im right handed and my left side is bigger:)
i think if you exercise both sides they do not grow equally because testosterone interaction with different muscles is not distributed equally.
muscle growth depends on many factors like testosterone , androgen receptors in different cells, and exercise .etc...things are not quite symmetrical

had the same problem with my left/right lat....i think it's from playing baseball for so many years and being right handed but i did the same stuff with both sides to try and balance out and my left caught up...just be conscious when your working out the lagging part and it will catch up.
