i always work out alone. so i feel you on that. the only problem is my 1rm isnt my true 1rm.
bench, its up to 255.
squat/deads?? i havent worked out my legs in 3 months. theyre too fucking big lol. all i do is put on mass in my legs. now, if only my arms would follow suit, and not my stomach!!!
