I just finished my anadrol, test, and deca cycle. Was really happy with the results. I put on about 20 pounds without much water retention. Then Tuesday night I get some really bad pain in my lower right side of my stomach. I go to the doctor and its my appendix, not only can I not work out for 4 to 6 weeks. I have not been able to eat a solid meal since last Tuesday. I have already lost 10 pounds, this isn't the way I wanted to end this cycle. Oh well just had to vent. Anyone else had simiilar issues?

Yeah. I kinda have a similar issue. I was 2 weeks Into a test e dbol cycle and fell against the curb and broke my rib in the back. I was lain up pretty much immobile for the first 7 days and I have started walking upright the last 5 days or so. Doctor says it could be 4-6 weeks for me too so needless to say I quit my gear and can't train. Fuckin sucks and I'm makin my wife crazy bitching about not being able to work out.

Hang in there buddy.

ur gonna lose more then just that 10 pounds when they take the appendix out

God i thought i was bad with taking a week off during cycle.
Had Viral infection.

Hope you recover fast op.

Had lower back surgery to fix two blown discs early part of last year, and I couldn't do anything for four months. After I finished PT, the doc said I could go back to the gym, but the process was very gradual. I was both thin and fat from sitting around during my rehab. 1 1/2 years later I'm only starting to return to form a bit, but I still have cramping and occasional pain down my right leg. The experience made me feel like some kind of a cripple, but it just took time. It does come back, even after such a long break.

That makes me not want to get back surgery now. Good thing is I just got hospital and accidental insurance yesterday so if I am hospitalized, I get paid a certain amount for it.

You'll be back OP. I've been lifting for a long time and I went thru injuries at least a couple times a year. It really pissed me off when I was training hard, lifting right, eating right, then blow out a shoulder or something for doing something stupid then not be able to workout for at least two weeks. You will be back bro and you'll gain that back. Good luck.

I got abraision on my knob from LHJO'g too much too often :coffee:

I was in a car wreck right after i had just came off a dbol kicker test E and Deca cycle when i was younger and that was realy my first so called big cycle and i lost pretty much all of my weight in about 1 month that i had put on. I was out from working out for about 4-5 weeks, that happens sometimes...i hate to hear that, best of luck to you!

Wow. That sucks for you guys. (Well not The Captn. Its your own damn fault! HAHA!!)

I missed almost a week on this cycle when I had a bad reaction to one or all of the following immunizations: Anthrax, typhoid, H1N1 and Hep B. I though that was bad. I could imagine being all gimped up for weeks!

Not being able to work out sucks on its own, dealing with the psychological side of missing workouts makes it ten times worse. I recently hyper-extended my knee at work and have not trained legs in almost 3 weeks. I swear I lost so much size that I can now pick my teeth with my legs.

Hang in there bro! You'll be back!

Last February I just finished a Deca/Test/Mdrol cycle and then got a stomach flu, which lasted for a solid week. I vomited & crapped out the 20 pounds of muscle I gained in that week's time!

I've been there too, bro and I feel for you. Keep your head up and start planning for your comeback!

Yea its on in the mind though sometimes 4-6 weeks off is a good thing keep your calories up galon of whole milk a day will keep it on I know it wont be the same but get healed and start again strong...

If they caught it before it ruptured you are okay. I had mine taken out and I was in my own bed the next day. It's not soo bad.

I've had it worse. I had some crazy upper and lower jaw surgery done a little while ago and let me tell you it was hell. I didn't eat for a few days after it and when I could I had to feed myself with a giant syringe for a month or so. Once I could finally chew soft foods I mainly ate eggs and porridge but even than I didn't eat to often because of the discomfort.

I wasn't allowed to do any kind of physical activity and had to limit my walking for a good 2 months after it.

All in all I lost a LOT of weight and gained some fat from sitting on my ass all of the time.

The best part was when I was able to get back in the gym and start lifting again. Only I had to start a lot lighter than what I did before haha.

I can only assume that this is not your first circus since you have put A-bombs in your last cycle. Therefore i can assume you are largely muscle and are not losing fat weight. I would suggest that you take a mid dose of Test E or C. This will help to keep what gains you made even if you can't lift.

Thanks guys, The hard part wasnt the surgery it was not being able to eat like im used to. The doctor said you wont want to eat much for the first week or so. Boy was he right. That has been the hardest part of this whole thing. Im finally getting back to eating like I should be. I am planning my next cycle, and I think the break is auctually a good thing. Strage thing was that my appendix wasn't located where everyone elses is mine was up high in my ribs and he had to really work to get at it. So the soreness sucks it feels like I got in a bad fight.

Get better and 6 weeks will blow by. Had to take almost 3 months off for a shoulder injury and it went by very quick.

It's really shitty man not being able to workout. I just had hernia surgery 2 weeks ago. I couldnt really walk for about 3 days. I'm still walking funny. I haven't been eating really because of the meds I'm taking. They make me lose my appetite. Ive already lost 2 pounds. According to the doc I won't be working out for at least 4-6 more weeks. We'll see about that...anyways hopefully these next few weeks fly by so we can get back in the weightroom

With hernia surgery I would take it slow. You do not want to have it done again, it is a major repair then.

gal bladder.

Doctor keep asking me if I had any rapid weight loss or rapid weight gain and if I was taking any supplements. He asked several times before my surgery. Found out after wards gal bladder is an outpatient surgery but I stayed in the hospital for 3 days. For some reason I have a feeling that if I didn't have insurance I would have been out of the hospital in less than 12 hours.

Funny thing happened when I was there. I couldn't urinate after the surgery because of the meds so i had to get a catheter. Well a female nurse comes in and puts one in while I am awake, but before she done that she had to go and get another female nurse. I just turned my head in shame because if one didn't know better they would have assumed I just took a bath in ice water.
